Leading universities in the US have partnered with edX to offer a 10-week Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) MicroBootCamp program. Designed for tech professionals seeking core skills in AI and ML, the project-based curriculum covers topics such as neural networks and natural language processing. Enrolment is open now for July 2023 cohorts on edX.org. Python proficiency and expertise in mathematics, including multivariable calculus and statistics, are expected, while the program fee is $3,499. EdX has also released five ChatGPT open courses to aid the development of prompt engineering skills in AI.

Saskatchewan universities embrace AI technology for ethical use, offering ChatGPT to faculty and students with guidelines for ethical compliance. AI is not going away, so University of Saskatchewan encourages its use.
