Cyber security experts at Deep Instinct point to human error in the misuse of the technology, combined with the access to large datasets of sensitive data, as the root of this data breach. Samsung has yet to create its own AI technology and must enforce new security policies & "Acceptable Use Policy" to protect its systems.
