Syndigo Enhances its Client Platform with AI-powered Enhancements

Syndigo, a SaaS company specializing in product information and syndication, has recently announced the addition of a new SmartPrompts capability to its platform, enabling customers to quickly and efficiently create detail listings for products. This new capability bolsters the existing integrations leveraging generative AI, which has enabled converted and return rates to significantly improve. The addition of SmartPrompts, which leverages generative AI, provides customers with the ability to rapidly produce descriptive and marketing copy, resulting in improved sales across the board. Beyond this, Syndigo has also established alliances with organizations such as Microsoft Cognitive Services and AX Semantics, to provide integrated AI capabilities and support clients in innovative ways.

Regan DeHaven, SVP of Product at Syndigo, noted the importance of SmartPrompts and the improved copy it helps to bring online faster. He stated that the technology “take advantage of the nuances of conversational AI to provide more relatable context and tone to their product listings.” As businesses look for solutions to complex data-to-text challenges, Syndigo’s partner alliance with AX Semantics brings an automated content system which can creates and maintain product content in multiple languages, reducing the need for manual labor.

Benny Blum, Head of Product Strategy at Syndigo, shared his enthusiasm for the new development. He stated that, “We’re excited to add to our existing production portfolio of generative AI capabilities. We’ve been focused on building the smartest platform to successfully create and optimize data that powers commerce, and integrated AI is a key component of that strategy.”

Syndigo is the first Active Content Engine designed to offer continual data and content flow throughout the entire commerce ecosystem. Serving more than 12,000 manufacturers and 1,750 retailers and distributors across the world, Syndigo aims to improve decision-making and drive sales growth with accurate and meticulously updated information.
