SK Telecom Upgrades AI Call Features with ‘A. Call Translator’

Date:

SEOUL – SK Telecom announced the enhancement of call-related features for its personalized AI assistant, ‘A.’ Android users can now access features like ‘A. Call Translator’ previously only available to iOS users.

These improvements include basic AI phone functions such as call recording and summaries, along with the addition of ‘A. Call Translator,’ a service for real-time call interpretation introduced last December on iOS. Furthermore, ‘AI Spam Indicator’ has been integrated into the call service, enabling users to identify spam calls through a spam rating system like phishing alerts and spam alert notifications.

SKT subscribers can enjoy these advanced AI-based call features by signing up, while non-subscribers can still use the A. app for basic functionalities like call recording and summaries to simplify their daily lives.

The ‘A.’ Call Translator and AI Spam Indicator features have improved convenience and security for users, with iOS users already benefiting from AI Spam Indicator and Android users set to receive it in April.

In conclusion, SK Telecom’s upgrades demonstrate a commitment to enhancing user experience and providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers in the digital age.
