Today, Sensely Labs announced the successful integration of chatGPT into their Front Door Navigator platform, adding a new layer of enterprise intuition. Front Door Navigator is an AI-powered conversational application created with the aim of helping insurance policyholders receive answers to their most pressing questions quickly and intuitively. It utilizes a pre-built, targeted intent set to help members initiate claims, add dependents and locate care –all without necessitating human intervention.

The incorporation of chatGPT into Sensely has further accelerating the utility of its platform by streamlining implementation for enterprise customers, and delivering member-specific answers directly through the conversational platform. Moreover, the advancements in natural language processing (NLP) which the technology facilitates drives increased customer satisfaction with AI conversations that resemble life-like interactions.

Since its initial deployment, the Sensely SDK has been leveraged by 12 countries and has served over 5 million members, helping to improve their experience at first contact. The integration of chatGPT further expands this potential by allowing more defined intents to be served from existing digital assets. It also continues to reduce errors in answers, thus further improving user acceptance of the platform.
