Realme GT 7 Pro is set to make its debut in India later this year, as confirmed by the company’s Vice President, Chase Xu. This announcement comes shortly after the launch of the Realme GT 6T in the country last week. While Xu did not specify the exact timeline for the release of the GT 7 Pro, it is expected to follow the success of its predecessor.
The Realme GT 6T, which was unveiled earlier this month, offers users a mid-range smartphone experience starting at Rs 30,999. The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a pixel resolution of 2780×1264. It is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and comes in two color options – Fluid Silver and Razor Green.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Realme GT 6T sports a 50MP OIS Sony LYT-600 main camera and an 8MP Sony IMX355 wide-angle lens. For selfies, the phone is equipped with a 32MP sensor housed in a punch-hole cutout at the front. Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, built on the 4nm TSMC process, with enhanced security features provided by a dedicated privacy chipset.
The Realme GT 6T also boasts an Iceberg Vapor Cooling System for optimal performance, a 5,500mAh battery, and a 120W SuperVOOC charger. Running on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0, the phone is guaranteed to receive 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates.
As Realme continues to expand its smartphone offerings in India, the upcoming launch of the Realme GT 7 Pro is highly anticipated. Stay tuned for more updates on the latest flagship device from Realme.
