PwC to Develop Robust Solutions Using ChatGPT Technology

PwC, a multinational professional services network, is investing $1 billion over the next three years to develop and scale its artificial intelligence (AI) offerings. To drive system productivity, and gain more insight, the investment will concentrate on generative AI, a breakthrough in how PwC performs daily business activities.

Microsoft and PwC are joining forces to take advantage of Azure OpenAI service to initiate cutting-edge customer solutions that integrate AI models with Azure’s enterprise-grade capabilities, which are secured with reliable AI-optimized infrastructure. In addition, PwC staff members are also undergoing training on AI tools and features to increase their career opportunities and enable customers to benefit from AI and other revolutionary technologies.

Eric Boyd, Corporate Vice President, AI Platform, Microsoft said, “We are thrilled that PwC decided to incorporate Azure OpenAI service and empower their workflow progress. We are confident that this venture along with OpenAI has the potential to open the gates for companies to experience generative AI applications in a safe and confidential way.”

The joint effort by Microsoft and OpenAI has already been incorporated into PwC’s services for industries including insurance, aviation, and the healthcare sector. The initiative has not only spared clients time and money, but also facilitated revenue increase. OpenAI’s GPT-4 and ChatGPT together with Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service will provide PwC with the opportunity to implement AI transformation, while providing customers with better outcomes.
