Over 100,000 login credentials for the popular artificial intelligence chatbot ChatGPT have been leaked and traded on the dark web in the last year, according to cybersecurity firm Group-IB. The compromised logins were exchanged on various dark web marketplaces, with nearly 27,000 available during May 2023. The Asia-Pacific region accounted for the largest share of the leaked logins, with Indian-based credentials being the most common, while the US was sixth on the list and France topped the European rankings. It is important for users to update software regularly and implement two-factor authentication to mitigate risks, the company said.
