Today, the technology-focused online knowledge community, Zhihu, in partnership with Menbii intelligence announced the launch of their “Zhihaitu AI” Chinese big model. Further, Zhihu revealed that the first big model functionality, which was “hot list summary” had already began its internal testing, gathering and assimilating content from the Zhihu hot list, and presenting the summaries of the answers to the user. Meanwhile, Menbii intelligence’s official answer on Zhihu states that the training of Zhihaitu AI is based on CPM enterprise-grade big model and Modelforce big model system.
In comparison, Zhihaitu AI has stronger logic reasoning capacity, as well as faster training and reasoning speeds. Thanks to this, Zhihaitu is able to perform element extraction, opinion combing and content aggregation quickly, eventually presenting a summary of all answers to Zhihu’s user base, allowing users to understand popular points within the community faster. Menbii intelligence has also claimed that within this particular scenario, Zhihaitu’s AI performance can match that of GPT-4’s.
At this moment, the “hot list summary” based on Zhihaitu is still in its internal testing phase, with a significant amount of time before the official launching date is determined. To ensure the product’s smooth rollout to the public, careful attention is being paid by both partners.
