Google’s AI-Powered Search: Exploring Advertisements

Date:

Google is always at the forefront of technology, and its latest step in artificial intelligence (AI) is sure to make an impact. Google has unveiled its new AI-powered search experience, which will allow ads to be integrated within the experience. This will give users a more personalized experience that includes relevant ads and offers from businesses. According to the company’s blog post, these new ads will be generated using generative AI to create more accurate results.

Jerry Dischler, the Vice President and General Manager of Ads at Google, stated that they will experiment with Search and Shopping ads directly integrated into the AI-powered snapshot and conversational mode. They are also experimenting with new formats native to SGE that use generative AI to create ads. It’s possible that we may actually see more ads than what Google is currently showing, though the exact quantity of ads is uncertain at this point.

Jerry Dischler joined Google in 2009, serving in the roles of head of AdSense US and Worldwide Sales & Service, Director of Product Management, and Global Head of Product Management. He has also worked in various other positions like VP and GM of small and medium-sized businesses at GoDaddy. He has been a key player in the success of Google’s ad platform, and as an expert in the field has pushed the boundaries of innovation with the introduction of the AI-powered search experience from Google.

For businesses, this AI-powered search experience is a great opportunity to gain more exposure. Ads will be personalized to the user’s context and will be more interactive due to the use of artificial intelligence. We look forward to seeing what Google has in store for business owners and advertisers in the future.
