Authentise, a company specialising in workflow management software, has launched an AI-driven feature that integrates ChapGPT capabilities into the 3D printing industry. The new tool allows users to query the largest repository of additive manufacturing knowledge using natural language. By signing up for the 3D GPT service, users gain free access to over 12,000 standards and journal articles on additive manufacturing. The AI tool enables users to ask questions, from general to specific, and receive insightful responses drawn from the general knowledge underpinning OpenAI‘s ChatGPT, as well as from standards and journal papers. Authentise CEO Andre Wegner said the tool would make additive knowledge more accessible.
