ERA, a global real estate company, has launched OpenAI GPT-3.5 across the Asia-Pacific region. The AI-powered real estate tool has been available via the SALES+ super app in Singapore since March 6, with over 8,700 agents giving it resounding praise. OpenAI GPT-3.5 is an extension of the popular AI tool ChatGPT, which enhances how agents manage their daily work, freeing up time for more challenging aspects of their job. It features automated functions such as copywriting, content generation, and translations. Additionally, the Asia-Pacific rollout, branded AI LAB, will provide ERA’s annual theme of Enrich Lives, Embrace Tech. The move will ensure realtors are technologically empowered to benefit consumers.
Since August 2022, SALES+ had over 15,000 downloads from March to May alone, with ChatGPT accessed over 70,000 times by over 3,500 unique users. The Advanced section proved to be the most popular. From June, the tool will be available as a web-based application for all ERA Asia-Pacific’s regional offices, including Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Marcus Chu, CEO of ERA Singapore, ERA Asia-Pacific, and Asia-Pacific Realty, believes that proptech innovation is the way forward.

ERA’s AI-powered real estate tools will drive more growth, accelerating its success across the region, Chu added.
