Cloud file hosting service, Dropbox, has launched its very own venture capital fund, Dropbox Ventures, which aims to invest $50 million in AI start-ups. The fund will not just offer financial help, it will also provide guidance to firms on creating AI products for the future of work. The news comes as more businesses invest in the artificial intelligence world. Chinese firm, Baidu, announced a $145 million fund for similar venture, followed by Microsoft, which invested $10 billion in OpenAI. Google also put almost $400 million into Anthropic, while Salesforce increased its AI startup investment fund, the Generative AI Fund from $250 million to $500 million.
