DISCO Enters India, Expanding Global Presence

DISCO, a leader in AI-enabled legal technology, recently announced their expansion on a global scale by opening a new office in Gurugram, India. Operating locally as CS Disco India Pvt. Ltd. (“DISCO India”), this new office will let DISCO provide more services and better 24/7 customer support to customers around the world.

Kiwi Camara, Co-founder and CEO of DISCO, commented on the expansion, stating that it was a major move for the company that will let them accelerate their growth and expand their global reach. He believes that demand for cloud-based solutions and productized legal services, such as their recently released AI chatbot Cecilia, will only continue to grow, and DISCO India is perfectly positioned to meet the legal sector’s needs.

Krishna Srinivasan, Chair of the Board of Directors and Director, believes that the expansion into India will also aid in assembling a team of world-class talent that will help continue to transform the legal industry. Jignasha Amin Grooms, Executive Vice President and CHRO, further outlined DISCO’s commitment in terms of diversity and inclusion, and creating an environment that celebrates its differences.

Founded in 2012, CS Disco, Inc. (NYSE: LAW) provides a cloud-based, AI-powered solution to simplify ediscovery, legal document reviewing, and case management for its users. Its services are used for enterprises, law firms, legal service providers, and governments worldwide. Their scalable solution allows legal departments to easily collect, process, and review data related to legal matters.

DISCO’s 600-strong team (called DISCOvians) will now be joined by new employees from India, who will be essential to continuing DISCO’s success in the future. With the expansion into India, DISCO continues to work towards providing better legal technology and products to their customers while engaging with the world’s diverse talent.
