Apolis USA Acquires Xpert Conexions to Expand Business in India

Apolis USA, a renowned global IT consultancy firm, has acquired India-based staffing and recruitment firm Xpert Conexions to expand its presence in India. This acquisition will combine Apolis USA’s international best practices with Xpert Conexions’ high-end cross-industry expertise and innovative practices. Apolis will now be operating in India under the name Apolis Consulting Pvt Ltd.

India’s digital drvie and growing startup ecosystem, as well as the government’s initiatives like Digital India, Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat, have given the perfect storm for Apolis to enter the Indian market. With this new venture, Apolis will be able to provide staffing solutions catering to the technology, engineering, BFSI, telecom and manufacturing sectorsin India.

CEO of Apolis Group of Companies Amar Shokeen expressed his enthusiasm and confidence in the success of the acquisition: “With this acquisition, the strength and capability of Apolis Consulting will get further accelerated, enabling us to expand our staffing solutions and services in India.
