ADA and DhiOmics Join Forces to Create Global AI and Data Delivery Hub

ADA, the largest digital growth partner in South and Southeast Asia, has recently acquired dhiOmics in order to launch its Global Data and AI delivery hub. This move will enable the company to deliver innovative solutions to global clients at scale and speed.

With this acquisition, ADA has gained a strong presence in the Indian market, gaining access to the country’s talented workforce and robust technology infrastructure. The hub will potentially benefit from the usage of customer data platforms, marketing cloud, and customer engagement platforms and be aided by teams specialising in data engineering, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.

dhiOmics was founded in 2017 and is currently composed of 200 highly skilled professionals specialising in marketing analytics, technology developers, and data engineering. Clients of the company come from different industries, including retail, eCommerce, healthcare, technology, and modern industrial.

The founders of dhiOmics, Nilesh Gupta and Prabhat Agarwal, are looking forward to combining forces with ADA and leveraging their comprehensive offerings and India’s vast talent pool to cater to clients globally. Srinivas Gattamneni, CEO of ADA, welcomes Nilesh and Prabhat and their colleagues to the company, highlighting the importance of the dhiOmics’ specialised teams in enabling brands to achieve cost-efficiencies and integrated services.
