Google Photos is set to enhance its web version by introducing a new ‘Documents’ option, following its availability on Android and iOS platforms. The new feature aims to provide users with an organized view of their documents through the Photos site.
Last year, Google Photos added the Documents section to its Library on mobile devices, along with other categories like Favorites, Albums, Utilities, Archive, Locked Folder, and Trash. With this update, users can easily access and manage their documents seamlessly.
Utilizing artificial intelligence, Google will automatically categorize the documents, making it easier for users to locate specific files. Additionally, users can take advantage of the Gemini-powered search feature called ‘Ask Google Photos’ to search through their documents efficiently.
This enhancement aligns with Google’s mission to streamline user experience and provide innovative solutions. Furthermore, the company plans to introduce a similar feature to Google Wallet, further expanding its suite of services.
