Situated at the back of Coventry & Solihull Waste Disposal Company on London Road, the facility was initially estimated to cost £34.5 million. However, the final cost is anticipated to be around £60 million, with additional expenses exceeding £20 million. Once operational, the facility will have a capacity of handling a remarkable 175,000 tonnes of dry mixed recycling from kerbside collections every year.
