The store is designed to provide seamless cashier-less transactions, personalized recommendations, and an ultimate shopping experience without the hassle. Upon approaching the entry gate, customers are greeted with an ELO screen displaying the message Tap or scan to enter. Customers then have the option to tap their card using a PoS machine or pay using FacePay. After that, the ELO screen will start asking questions about the receipt. Selecting the desired option opens the gate and grants access to the store.
Once inside the store, customers can choose products at their leisure. On departure, customers receive a text message on their phone number, thanking them for their visit and notifying them that the receipt is being processed. Subsequent messages contain hyperlinks that the customer can click to view the receipt.
