Three Ph.D. students are set to delve into the realm of machine learning to combat cybercrime at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The research will focus on cutting-edge technologies such as cyber security, machine learning, stochastics, artificial intelligence, and algorithms.
To be considered for these Ph.D. positions, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, along with a strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Proficiency in English, research talent, and academic writing skills are also desirable qualities. While knowledge of Dutch is preferred, it is not mandatory.
The Center for Wireless and Microwave Information Systems (WAMI) at CWI will provide the necessary resources for research and development in the RF/microwave/communications sectors.
