US Analytics Firm EXL to Establish International Headquarters in Dublin, Creating 200 Tech Jobs
US data analytics firm EXL has announced plans to establish its international business headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, and create up to 200 new jobs over the next three years. The expansion will include the hiring of artificial intelligence (AI) specialists, data engineers, and other technology positions. EXL will also partner with University College Dublin (UCD) to address its skills needs and collaborate with the Centre for Applied AI (CeADAR), Ireland’s national AI hub. The move has been welcomed by Irish Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, who believes Ireland is well-positioned to be a hub of innovation in this field.
EXL provides digital solutions to some of the world’s largest companies, spanning sectors such as insurance, healthcare, banking, media, retail, and finance. With more than 48,000 employees in approximately 50 global offices, the firm aims to establish additional centers to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
