This strategic move aims to enhance efficiency and automation in public sector solutions.
CSI is renowned for its pioneering work in AI automation, redaction, and indexing, offering specialized services to courts, recorders, attorneys, and other industry professionals. By integrating CSI’s advanced solutions into its portfolio, Tyler Technologies plans to enrich automation in data entry and document processing for its clients in the public sector.
With a strong presence in the public sector software domain across 13,000 global locations, Tyler Technologies sees the acquisition of CSI as a crucial step in expanding its capabilities. The company’s focus lies in leveraging CSI’s technology to provide enhanced solutions in various areas, including municipal and schools, property and recording, and platform solutions.
Established in 1987, CSI has built a strong reputation around its AI-driven Intellidact Platform, which offers applications that streamline document processing and identity protection. According to Tyler Technologies, CSI’s suite has proven instrumental in meeting the increasing demand for streamlined processes that reduce manual labor in document review and data entry within the public sector.
Brian McGrath, President of Tyler’s Courts & Justice Division, expects the union with CSI to strengthen their electronic filing and enterprise justice solutions. Tyler’s eFile & Serve solution allows users to electronically file documents with the court through a secure web-based portal. By incorporating CSI’s platform, Tyler aims to expedite the filing process while minimizing redundancy and improving accuracy.
