TTD Chief Seeks Suggestions from Hindu Pontiffs at Conclave
In a recent conclave, the chief of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) sought suggestions from Hindu pontiffs to preserve and promote Hindu Sanatana Dharma for future generations. The TTD chairman, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, emphasized the TTD’s dedication to carrying out a wide range of Dharmic activities and expressed their readiness to uphold Hindu Dharma based on the advice of the Peethadhipathis and Hindu religious leaders.
During his opening speech, the TTD Board Chief highlighted that Bharat, or India, is the land of the Vedas, and Lord Sri Maha Vishnu has manifested in various avatars to protect humanity from evil forces throughout the ages. In the current era of Kaliyuga, Sri Maha Vishnu took the form of Sri Venkateswara and sanctified the sacred Tirumala hills.
For several decades, the TTD has actively participated in spiritual, religious, and social welfare programs to propagate the ethics and principles of Hindu Sanatana Dharma as taught by revered forefathers and saints in sacred Hindu texts. However, the chairman acknowledged that despite their commitment to upholding Hindu Sanatana Dharma, some vested interests often criticize the TTD’s principles. Nevertheless, he affirmed their dedication to sustaining Hindu Sanatana Dharma through their Dharmic activities and humbly requested valuable suggestions from the esteemed Swamijis and Matajis present at the conclave to further advance Hindu Sanatana Dharma nationally and globally.
Swami Swatmanandendra Saraswati of Visakha Sri Sarada Peetham, one of the participants, praised the TTD’s Dharmic programs for revitalizing the fervor for righteousness among the youth. He commended their efforts to combat false narratives and half-truths spread by vested individuals through their spiritual programs on SVBC television channel. Swami Swatmanandendra also applauded the TTD’s Go Samrakshana program aimed at protecting cows. He further suggested that the TTD should explore the adoption of artificial intelligence software for Dharmic programs.
The Swami also mentioned that it is commendable that Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has established a goshala (cow shelter) at his official residence and has actively participated in gosamrakshana (cow protection) activities. This endorsement signifies the importance of the TTD’s initiatives.
It is evident that the TTD, under the leadership of its chief Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, is making significant strides in preserving and promoting Hindu Sanatana Dharma. By seeking suggestions from esteemed pontiffs and incorporating innovative approaches, such as artificial intelligence, the TTD is ensuring that Hindu Sanatana Dharma remains vibrant and relevant in the modern world. Through their continuous efforts, they are not only inspiring the youth but also dispelling baseless narratives that undermine the essence of Hindu Sanatana Dharma.
