Telangana considers creating its version of ChatGPT for government services

Telangana is planning to launch its own AI-based chatbot to assist with various government services. While similar AI-enabled chatbots have already been developed, the state government’s version would be tailored to its vast database of information. The initiative is designed to help citizens access services and information more easily, with a focus on providing accurate answers to specific queries. The state government is also planning to sensitise all employees on how chatbots work and their potential applications. The workshop has been postponed until later this month.
