TCL is the latest tech giant to take aim at the top OLED TVs with its latest mini-LED TV technology, boasting brightness levels higher than ever before. The new C84 Series, available in sizes of 55 to 85 inches, features QLED color technology as well as its AiPQ 3.0 algorithms and Dolby Vision IQ and Dolby Atmos support. Its peak brightness is 2,000 nits with more local dimming zones at work to improve contrast. For gamers, TCL has introduced its new C74 Series, which has up to 1,000 nits of brightness, 144Hz support, and a 240Hz refresh rate when lowering the resolution on 55-inch and larger models. There’s also the C64 Series, which can hit 120Hz gaming at 55 inches and up, and TCL’s new 2023 S64 Dolby Audio Soundbar.
More than ever, TCL has committed to greater environmental responsibility with a pledge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 18%, water consumption by 27%, power consumption by 13%, natural gas consumption by 70%, and EPS consumption by 10%, as well as achieving 229.53 million tons of water-saved and 81,865 tons of recycled waste over the past year. Prices of the new models range from as low as £329 to £3,599.
