However, this concern could lead to training programs to use AI responsibly. As AI is predicted to boost productivity, it could disproportionately affect white-collar workers in mid-career. Half of those surveyed are thinking about switching jobs to reduce exposure to emerging tech, but KPMG plans to train people on responsible use of Gen AI to increase efficiency.
