Microsoft's virtual assistant, Cortana, will no longer be supported in Windows after 2023. However, the new Windows 11 operating system has replacements such as Voice Access, Bing AI, and the highly anticipated Copilot. Microsoft has positioned AI as a critical part of digital transformation, investing heavily in its AI capabilities. Cortana will still be available in other Microsoft services, but Copilot will offer more extensive and wide-ranging skills, making it the go-to AI feature.

Microsoft Teams on Windows 11 gets upgraded with a friendlier interface, communities feature, and AI art tool Microsoft Designer. Windows 10, macOS, and Web versions will follow suit.

Microsoft Teams now offers AI-powered Intelligent Recap feature, generating meeting notes, follow-ups, and timelines for easy access, making communication easier.
