Fox Corporation is on their way to Delaware Superior Court to face off against election technology giant Dominion Voting Systems in a massive $1.6 billion defamation case. Numerous false claims about Dominion's ties to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and flipping votes in the 2020 US election were circulated by media figures such as Jeanine Pirro, Maria Bartiromo and Lou Dobbs. Fox Corporation insists that the claims were newsworthy and not defamation. Internal emails and other court documents may prove Fox News liable. Meanwhile, former Fox producer Abby Grossberg has alleged that their lawyers coached her on the case. All eyes turn to the Judge to decide the fate of Fox News in this encounter with Dominion.
