The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has achieved excellence in space technology with the successful launch of its second nanosatellite, the DEWA SAT-2. Loaded on SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket and launched from the Vandenberg Air Force Base, the DEWA SAT-2 is designed to support earth observation missions to improve DEWA's maintenance, planning, and operations of electricity and water networks.
