OpenAI has launched an update to its ChatGPT app for iOS and iPadOS, promising an enhanced chat experience for users. The app now utilizes the entire iPad screen and features drag and drop capabilities, Siri support, and Shortcuts integration. Users can efficiently transfer chat messages, summon ChatGPT using voice commands, and initiate chat sessions with Shortcuts automation. OpenAI has also improved chat history and voice input, and launched a premium subscription called ChatGPT Plus. Android users can expect the app to launch shortly.
