M42, Abu Dhabi based healthcare firm, recently acquired Diaverum, global renal care service provider from Bridgepoint Group. This acquisition will expand M42's health tech solutions while also advancing healthcare of new markets, particularly the GCC region. Diaverum, has 13,000 employees, 440 clinics in 23 countries providing care to around 39,000 kidney disease patients.
