Microsoft, however, has been mum about ethical and security issues, keeping a minimum size executive team and canning employees who raised a concern. The goal for Microsoft is to lead the AI competition - something which is clear from an email seen by The New York Times, delivered by the giants technology executive, Sam Schillace.

Italy reversed their ban on AI chatbot ChatGPT after OpenAI, the creator, confirmed compliance with all applicable regulations for user's personal data and minors protection. The country became the first to take such action after security threats appeared. Regulators ensured GDPR, privacy policy adherence and ensured minors protection.
