At IIT Madras, researchers have developed a machine learning technique to gain valuable insights into cancer-causing tumours. The web server called aGBMDriver detects driver and passenger mutations in glioblastoma with an accuracy of 81.99%, surpassing current computational techniques. The findings will assist in prioritizing driver mutations and identifying potential pharmacological targets for treating glioblastoma.
