The European Consumer Organisation (BEUC) has expressed concerns about Microsoft-backed Open AI's ChatGPT, and other AI-driven chatbots that produce inaccurate images and text based on prompts. BEUC is urging the Consumer Protection Authorities to investigate the risks that these products pose to consumers, particularly those who are more vulnerable, like children.
