It is surprising that in just two months after its launch, this chatbot not only gained 100 million active users but was also able to provide precise recommendations tailored to users’ personal styles, locations, and events.

She followed some of the recommendations and switched up her hair and makeup accordingly, which made her look amazing everytime. The chatbot also helped her to further challenge her comfort zones as it suggested risky pieces that she would have never tried on but went for it anyway.
