Sensely Labs Enhances Enterprise Intuition with ChatGPT Integration

Today the Sensely lab division announced the successful integration of the chatGPT into its Front Door Navigator product. This conversational application is designed to quickly assist insurance policyholders and help them get the answers they need. Featuring pre-existing intents for customer insurance applications, their natural language processing (NLP) allows member to perform common tasks like adding dependents, initiating claims, as well as locating care.

The integration of chatGPT extends the core platform utility, making the retrieval processes more efficient by reducing the need of intent configuration set-up. This makes implementation easier for the enterprise customers, while at the same time upgrading the navigational processes to retrieve quicker and more accurate member-specific answers. The added fidelity and naturalness of the generative AI conversations extend the value proposition to the customers by using technology to drive conversations with efficient and delightful designs.

Front Door Navigator is used by many thousands of members per month and it is designed to answer complex queries that require human intervention. The integration of chatGPT fills the gap of rapidly retrieving information from existing digital assets, making it easier for members to access information. Moreover, the implementation of chatGPT also enables them to recover any failed processes and help with improving the quality and acceptance of answers.

The Sensely platform currently supports over 40 languages and is deployed in 12 countries with over 5 million members. Sensely’s CEO Adam Odessky remarks that thanks to the incorporation of chatGPT, they have already seen new insights on a regular basis. He believes this feature set will potentially unlock a lot of value to their customers.
