Samsung Galaxy S21 series, Z Flip3, and Z Fold3 are only getting Circle to Search and Chat Assist features
Samsung recently introduced the highly anticipated One UI 6.1 update, packed with innovative Galaxy AI features for the Galaxy S24 series. The tech giant then expanded its reach to include the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, and Tab S9 series.
Continuing its momentum, Samsung announced last month that the Galaxy AI features would soon be available for the Galaxy S22 series, Z Fold4, Z Flip4, and Tab S8 series in early May. And now, the company has commenced the rollout of these exciting features to the Galaxy S22 series and other supported devices in the United States.
However, Samsung specified that the Galaxy S21 series will not have access to the full suite of Galaxy AI features enjoyed by newer models. Instead, users can look forward to utilizing the Circle to Search feature with Google and Chat Assist functionalities on their Galaxy S21 devices.
Circle to Search with Google simplifies online interactions by offering a user-friendly gesture that boosts productivity. Meanwhile, Chat Assist enables message translations into 13 different languages, enhancing communication across borders.
Samsung confirmed that these sought-after features will be delivered through an update, indicating that Galaxy S21 users can expect to receive the update soon and unlock these exciting capabilities.
In response to these developments, Samsung US expressed enthusiasm, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing cutting-edge technology and enhancing user experiences across its diverse range of devices.
