Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest smartwatches at an upcoming Unpacked event, with leaks hinting at exciting upgrades for the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch 7.
According to reports, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is set to feature a 47mm lens, a titanium body, and a powerful five-core 3nm chipset. The standout feature could be the display, rumored to offer a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. Despite packing a 590mAh battery similar to the Watch 5 Pro, the watch may offer 32GB of storage, 10ATM water resistance, and MIL-STD-810H durability.
The Galaxy Watch 7, on the other hand, is expected to maintain consistency with the Ultra in terms of chipset and storage. With battery capacities matching the Galaxy Watch 6 line, users might see improved efficiency thanks to the new chipset. Meanwhile, leaks suggest the presence of a Quick Button for quick tasks and color options in Titanium Gray, Silver, and Beige.
In addition to these premium offerings, Samsung is rumored to release the Galaxy Watch FE, which could be a revised version of the Galaxy Watch 4 featuring new color variations.
While these leaks provide insights into the upcoming smartwatches, details on pricing and additional features remain uncertain. The launch event on July 10, 2024, in Paris is expected to reveal more information about Samsung’s latest wearables. Stay tuned for updates on the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch FE.
