Salesforce has unveiled its latest suite of products, AI Cloud, in a move that sees the company move further into the AI space. Adam Caplan, Senior Vice President of Emerging Technology at Salesforce, said the suite’s aim is to bring generative AI in a trusted fashion to the enterprise. The suite offers an ecosystem approach, working with the best model for each use case. Partners signed up to AI Cloud include Amazon Web Services, Cohere, Anthropic and OpenAI, while nine new models are included, such as Sales GPT and Marketing GPT, with a forthcoming image generation model expected. Additionally, the company has launched Einstein Trust Layer, aimed at preventing text-generating models from retaining sensitive data.
