FiscalNote Holdings, a leading AI-driven enterprise SaaS technology provider for global policy and market intelligence, has unveiled key innovations for their SaaS platform, VoterVoice. It has become the first platform of its kind to incorporate proprietary AI tools and an integration with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, both of which have the potential to revolutionize the multi-billion-dollar lobbying and advocacy industry. This significantly expands FiscalNote’s position as an innovator to new and existing customers, while simultaneously unlocking productivity and enhancing political participation.
VoterVoice’s AI-powered, cloud-based suite of tools enables customers to mobilize their members, craft messages and advocacy campaigns targeted at elected officials in support or in opposition to proposed legislation and policy changes. It sent more than 371 million messages to elected officials in 2022. With the latest launch, VoterVoice’s SmartCheck feature offers users suggestions based on open and click rate best practices as well as OpenAI’s ChatGPT to optimize message text and subject lines. As users craft an email campaign, SmartCheck provides AI-generated copy changes in real time, including ChatGPT-written subject lines.
Brad Anderson, President of Product and Engineering of Qualtrics said about the new feature “Advocacy campaigns need to stand out to be effective, and VoterVoice’s AI-powered suggestions and ChatGPT features make it easy for our customer to use the subject lines and message text most likely to hold recipients’ attention, removing the guesswork and driving results.”
Further, FiscalNote has been awarded another AI-related patent from the United States Patent & Trademark Office to apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in order to customize advocacy campaigns on behalf of customers. This brings FiscalNote’s total U.S. patent portfolio to thirteen, and its total global patents to fifteen.
