Rackspace Embraces FAIR Principles for Effective Generative AI

Rackspace, a provider of cloud technology services, has unveiled new services aimed at helping organizations better understand, build, and deploy AI workloads in both the public and private cloud. The services, called Foundry for Generative AI by Rackspace (FAIR), provide capabilities to help incubate development, create industrial grade deployments with governance and analytics, and understand GenAI use cases. The three-phase FAIR approach begins with ideation, followed by incubation to assess the technology’s viability, and concludes with industrialization to ensure production readiness with the right security, governance, and analytics. With FAIR, Rackspace will help simplify the process of building and deploying AI, which is a critical challenge for many organizations. The company believes AI is not an existential threat to humanity, but it is having a significant impact on the knowledge workforce, making it essential for companies to be prepared for it.
