PwC Malta recently concluded its second edition of Tech Week with a strong focus on the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the critical role of trust in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
The Intelligent Digital Conference, held on May 10th, served as a platform for C-suite executives, industry leaders, and experts to delve into the profound impact of AI on various industries and the future of organizations. Michel Ganado, PwC Malta’s Digital Services Leader, highlighted the importance of understanding AI’s transformative power in business, emphasizing the growing reliance on data analytics and cloud technologies to drive informed decision-making.
The event also featured a mini expo showcasing solutions related to Digital Strategy and Transformation, Business Solutions, Cyber Security and Privacy, IT managed services & networking, and custom digital assets creation. Continuing with the theme of trust in the digital age, a joint event with The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry explored the importance of Operational Resiliency for both regulated and non-regulated businesses in Malta. The discussion focused on how organizations can achieve long-term sustained value by enhancing their operational resilience.
PwC Malta’s LinkedIn Live session on May 15th furthered the dialogue on AI and Trust, offering strategies for thriving in a constantly evolving technological landscape. The session provided a summary of the preceding events during Tech Week, underscoring key takeaways for the business community to leverage AI technology as a strategic enabler while prioritizing security for businesses, employees, and clients.
Tech Week concluded on May 16th with an exclusive event for PwC Malta’s Alumni network. Andrew Schembri, PwC’s Digital Services Partner, highlighted the revolutionary impact of AI advancements on the business world and emphasized the importance of ongoing education and support to help organizations maximize the benefits of AI technology while ensuring robust security measures are in place.
