Otter Introduces AI Chatbot for Productive Meetings

Otter, the automatic transcription service, has announced the launch of its new AI-powered chatbot, Otter AI Chat, designed to improve meeting productivity. The chatbot enables participants to ask questions during and after a meeting, generating contextual answers based on what was discussed in the meeting. It can also assist in catching up with the meeting, generate follow-up emails with action points, and provide answers to multiple people. The company is expected to roll out the Otter AI Chat feature to all users in the coming days and emphasises that data from AI chat will not be shared with third parties. Otter’s latest offering is in addition to OtterPilot, a bot that summarises meeting notes and inserts images of important slides.
