Netskope recently launched an application that enables employees to use ChatGPT in a secured way, without compromising enterprise data. The new suite of features includes data analysis of generative AI inputs to make sure that employees at organizations, whether on premise or remote, are using ChatGPT and other generative AI applications in a secure way. Netskope said at least 10.8% of company employees have tried using ChatGPT in the workplace, and 11% of the data that employees upload to ChatGPT is classified as confidential. Netskope’s solution, which includes its Security Service Edge with Cloud XD, enables adaptive policy controls to ensure employees use ChatGPT and other generative AI tools securely.
