Microsoft, a renowned tech giant has recently added a powerful AI chatbot to its SwiftKey Keyboard App. This innovative technology uses Bing AI to search the internet and to provide direct answers the user’s queries. The chatbot is skilled with conversational tone and can suggest alternative ways to phrase a statement in a more professional and polite manner, while also condensing a given message into 140 characters.
The AI capabilities are only accessible after signing into Microsoft Account. Microsoft is gaining momentum in the world of AI and was quick to respond to OpenAI’s ChatGPT released late last year. Microsoft opened up many potential possibilities for the AI industry and integrated AI on its search engine in February and Cloud service Amazon Bedrock to help AWS customers create apps powered by AI.
Google followed in the same footsteps and launched an AI-based chatbot Bard, while OpenAI’s chatbot is still the most advanced of its kind, the limitation that it presented in terms of false information has driven industry insiders to look for alternatives. Therefore, with Microsoft’s integration of AI now in its products, it gains a significant advantage in being one of the first IoT mega players taking advantage of the AI integration.
