Companies are urgently needing to take advantage of new advanced technologies in order to create successful applications and use large language models (LLMs). AirOps, a startup, has stepped up to the plate, equipped to help companies utilize LLMs to better their business. To fuel their efforts and pave the path of success, AirOps recently raised a seven million dollar seed round which closed at the start of 2020.
AirOps currently assists customers in creating applications out of three major LLMs: GPT-4, GPT-3 and Claude. Their help includes automating processes, extracting useful data, and producing personalized content with natural language conversion. Through the implementation of these models, AirOps ensures that the customer is a step-ahead when it comes to creating different materials from their existing corpus and tailoring their software using AI.
The cost of using these sophisticated models can be expensive, so AirOps provides a variety of techniques to make it more cost effective. CEO and Co-Founder Alex Halliday says of their efforts, “we’re creating a platform that allows folks to come in and create custom solutions on top of these algorithms that really move numbers in the business.”
AirOps was initially established to get value out of organizational data, eventually steering their focus to the ability to blend their LLMs to their customers’ data to form their own applications and workflows. This lead to the recruiting of 14 employees, a few of which are still open roles, and a diversity across many dimensions that Halliday is sure to strive for as the company grows.
