Law Firms Leverage ChatGPT to Shuffle Social Media Posts with New Clearview Social Feature

Date:

Clearview Social, an application that assists law firms in aiding their lawyers to distribute content via social media, has just unveiled a Social Shuffle feature powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Social Shuffle automatically generates various forms of a law firm’s social media posts. This feature allows firms to produce new content that is churned out by AI and has the capability to make sure that no two messages are the same.

Colin Walsh, General Manager of Clearview Social, claims that the automation of posts helps combat the monotony of posts for marketers, who oftentimes lack the means to create different versions of the same content. This unique process of shuffling takes into account the firm’s headlines and post captions to create creative variations that can easily be shared with a single tap.

The idea was introduced by social marketing consultant, Adrian Dayton in 2014. His venture was later sold to ProfitSolv, the owners of legal technology products such as Rocket Matter, Cosmo Lex, Tabs3 and Time Solv in 2021. This is the second release of its kind for the company.

Not only does Clearview Social offer the queue of content that is sent to lawyers through email or Slack, but it also presents the feature of partners in a firm opting for the marketers to post on their behalf. There is yet another AI-driven feature that predicts the best time to publish a post, depending on the practical performance of both the attorney and the firm.

Overall, this new Social Shuffle feature with its AI-based generation capabilities can make the process of creating and sharing content on social media much easier and efficient for law firms, and can be used as a great way to update your clients and sustain engagement on your social media networks.
