Sundar Pichai is a business executive who currently serves as the chief executive officer (CEO) of Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiary Google. Pichai recently met with European Commission officials to establish a voluntary AI pact. This pact would be used as a guideline until Europe’s proposed AI laws go into effect. Pichai has been an advocate of responsible AI development and respect for user data, thus the establishment of such a pact is no surprise.
