KNOLSKAPE and MCMC Win Gold Award for Digital Leadership Program

KNOLSKAPE and the Malaysian Communications Multimedia Commission (MCMC) have been honored with the prestigious ‘Gold Award’ for their digital leadership program. The recognition comes from the Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards 2023, where they won in the ‘Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology’ category for the ‘All Star Development Program’.

The All-Star Development Program was custom-designed by KNOLSKAPE and MCMC to enhance the leadership bench strength of MCMC’s Head of Departments and Directors. The program aimed at fostering a mindset change towards outward thinking and equipping the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to be sustainable leaders with digital leadership capabilities.

The All-Star Development Program was a three-month highly immersive, simulation-based blended program that emphasized business and digital modules within the context of MCMC’s strategy. The program served as a launch pad for a three-year digital leadership journey and filled the gaps in digital-ready leaders.

Rajiv Jayaraman, the Founder and CEO of KNOLSKAPE, expressed his commitment to helping organizations and leaders become future-ready through experiential learning. He sees this recognition from Brandon Hall Group as a testament to the impact they have created and the value they provide through immersive learning and talent intelligence.

Dr. Murugappan, the Chief Human Resources Officer of MCMC, also spoke highly of the All-Star Development Program. He praised its success in preparing their tactical leaders to be leaders of tomorrow, with a focus on leading digital transformation.

The Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards evaluate entries based on their fit to needs, program design, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits. This is the second consecutive year that KNOLSKAPE has won an award at these prestigious awards.
