Integrating ChatGPT with SmartAgent by IntelePeer

With the new conversational AI aspects, transcribed voice and message exchanges can be utilized to analyze past conversations, identify issues, and suggest improvements to the AI responses. Other platforms, such as IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, and AWS Lex, can also be integrated into SmartAgent to make the customer service solutions more powerful.
